I would have no hesitation in recommending the Robo-Tek Robo-Plus to anyone that is looking for a powerful, reliable pool cleaner - and from what I have read from previous reviews, the Robo-Tek customer service seems to be superb. I still find that the Robo-Plus will not sink to the floor of the pool, however once powered up, it only needs a slight push under water and it power will itself down to the floor. I have had no issues with the performance whatsoever, and by following the instructions regarding the cable and storage, everything works as expected.
